Mr. Payen is a seasoned Construction Foreman with more than 15 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, having built his career from the ground up through hard work, field expertise, and proven leadership. His background spans facility construction, compressor stations, flowlines, equipment installations, shutdowns, and field maintenance projects throughout the Permian Basin, with deep roots in both West Texas and southeastern New Mexico.

Throughout his career in the field, Mr. Payen has developed extensive hands-on experience leading crews in demanding construction environments where safety, accountability, and production are critical. His responsibilities have included managing facility construction activities from planning through startup, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and operations personnel, and applying his working knowledge of P&IDs, isometrics, weld mapping, and project execution to keep complex projects on schedule and completed to standard.

In addition to his technical capabilities, Mr. Payen is known for his boots-on-the-ground leadership style, strong work ethic, and clear communication in high-pressure field environments. He leads by example and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship through disciplined teamwork, making him a trusted leader on construction projects across the basin.
