Zach Angel

Mr. Angel is a seasoned production superintendent with more than 25 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, bringing a depth of operational knowledge and leadership built across some of the most respected companies in the Permian Basin. A fourth-generation oil and gas professional, he grew up with the industry in his blood, following in the footsteps of a great-grandfather, grandfather, and father who each worked the patch before him. That heritage instilled in him a deep passion for operational excellence and a lifelong commitment to the people and culture of the energy business.

Throughout his career, Mr. Angel has held a wide range of roles spanning production operations and project management. He began his career with Devon Energy and Chevron, where he gained foundational experience across diverse operational environments. He then spent eight years with Callon Petroleum in roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as operations manager for the Permian Basin. Most recently, he served as production superintendent at Civitas Resources, supporting Midland Basin operations prior to joining Greenlake Energy.

In addition to his operational expertise, Mr. Angel is known for his commitment to people management, team development, and driving results in complex production environments. His broad industry background and multi-generational connection to the oil and gas business give him a rare combination of institutional knowledge and hands-on leadership that he brings to every role.
